ASSISTANT ACCOUNT MANAGER

Who said insurance has to be boring?! At Hawley & Associates, we are passionate about what we do and it shows! We specialize in providing insurance products for non-profits nationwide (i.e. adoption and foster care agencies, At-Risk Youth services, just to name a few).

Responsibilities:
  • Provide unwavering support to our Account Managers
  • Process & prepare endorsements, certificates of insurance, proposals & binders
  • Enter policy & activity information in Account Management System (AMS360)
  • Policy checking & review
  • Generate renewal packets
  • Order Loss Runs
  • Audits
  • Account Research
  • Front desk reception
Qualifications
  • Min. 4-5 years of work experience (experience working in insurance industry preferred)
  • Must be computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fast learner and willingness to learn new things
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy
  • Strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Washington State P&C Insurance License
