Responsibilities:
- Provide unwavering support to our Account Managers
- Process & prepare endorsements, certificates of insurance, proposals & binders
- Enter policy & activity information in Account Management System (AMS360)
- Policy checking & review
- Generate renewal packets
- Order Loss Runs
- Audits
- Account Research
- Front desk reception
- Min. 4-5 years of work experience (experience working in insurance industry preferred)
- Must be computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fast learner and willingness to learn new things
- Ability to juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy
- Strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Washington State P&C Insurance License
